Service Calls: $99 Initial inspection of plumbing, flushing of water heater or recommendations for repairs and fixture installation.

Labor Rates: $125/hour Or talk with your plumber for a flat rate during the service call.

Weekend/ Holiday rates: $175/hour

Emergency service call rate: $175/hour When there is a leak and you need us NOW!

Replace

Faucet installation starting at: $225 Labor cost

Fixture installation starting at: $275 Labor cost

Sump Pump installation starting at: $275 Labor cost

Water Heater installation starting at: $425 for 40 gallon tank

Please Note: Prices do not include materials, fixtures, water heater or permit, nor moving fixture to different location.

Remodel

Remodeling and design is based on your custom needs.

Drain Cleaning: $135 the first hour. $125 for any additional hours

Servicing Water Heaters:

Only through a proper physical inspection that anyone can give you a complete and accurate price for your water heater installation. This will be done before any of the work begins.

Unless your water heater is leaking it can most likely be repaired. Sometimes more complicated water heater parts may need to ordered.
